Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Agreement

By completing and submitting this form, the Respondent (“Client”) agrees to the following terms:


All creative strategies, campaign concepts, brand activation ideas, written content, visual designs, event formats, narratives, naming conventions, moodboards, and proprietary frameworks (“Confidential Materials”) shared verbally, visually, or in writing by Marvie & Mahrukh LLC are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Marvie & Mahrukh LLC.


Client acknowledges that receiving or reviewing these Confidential Materials does not grant any ownership, license, or right to use them in any form unless expressly authorized in writing by Marvie & Mahrukh LLC.


Client agrees not to share, reproduce, replicate, execute, or adapt any part of the Confidential Materials, either independently or in collaboration with any other party, including agencies, consultants, or other brands, without prior written consent. This obligation includes any derivative works based on the materials shared.


Unauthorized use of Marvie & Mahrukh’s proprietary concepts or materials will be considered a breach of this agreement and an infringement of intellectual property rights. In such cases, the Client agrees to be fully liable for any and all resulting damages, including — but not limited to — lost revenue, legal fees, injunctive relief, and reputational harm.


This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of New Jersey.
